Fitness includes a series of exercises practiced with one’s own bodyweight or with the aid of equipment aimed at improving the cardiovascular system and skeletal muscle. Slimming is obtained by acquiring better form based on resistance, speed, strength, and coordination. The various courses are available to anyone over the age of 12.
